Service & Cancellation Policy
At Golden Fog Notary, we value your time and ours. Because we provide mobile services throughout OC and LA Counties, we have established the following guidelines for payment and cancellations:
1. Payment Terms

Due at Time of Service: All fees for notarial acts and travel are due immediately upon the completion of the appointment.

Accepted Payments: We accept most major credit or debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay.
2. Travel & "Trip Fees"

Earned Travel: A travel fee is considered earned once the notary has departed for your location.

Incomplete Signings: If a notarization cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond the notary’s control (e.g., signer lacks valid ID, is not coherent, or is a no-show), the Travel Fee remains due and payable in full.
3. Cancellation Policy

Advance Notice: Please provide at least 2 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
4. Our Guarantee

Notary Error: If a document is rejected due to a clerical error on our part, we will return to re-perform the notarization at no additional cost to you.
