  • Identifiers: Name, alias, postal address, email address, and phone number.

  • Sensitive Personal Information (SPI): Government-issued identifiers (driver’s license, passport number, or state ID) required for identity verification during notarial acts.

  • Notary Journal Data: California law (Gov. Code § 8206) requires us to collect and maintain a sequential journal of all notarial acts, which includes signatures and right thumbprints of signers.

  • Commercial Information: Records of services purchased and payment details.

  • Internet Activity: Browsing history and interactions with our website via Wix cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide and improve our services, to communicate with you, to process transactions, and to comply with legal obligations. We will not use your personal information for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website or conducting our business, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.   • Right to Delete: You may request that we delete personal information collected from you. Note: We cannot delete information we are legally required to maintain, such as entries in a Notary Journal per California Government Code § 8206.

  • Right to Correct: You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.

  • Right to Opt-Out: We do not "sell" or "share" your personal information for behavioral advertising. If this changes, you have the right to opt-out, and we will provide a status indicator confirming your request has been processed.

  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Info: You can limit our use of Sensitive Personal Information (like ID numbers) to only what is necessary to perform our notary services.

  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
